Perry Ellis Menswear is seeking an experience Store Managerfor the Perry Ellis outlet storelocated at the Citadel OutletinCommerce, CA. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store by ensuring that the store meets its goals and standards in terms of financial performance, customer satisfaction, visual merchandise, store operations, inventory control, staff training and development. Job Responsibilities Supervise, motivate and lead staff members by setting an example to meet company standards in sales goals and customer service. Create and promote a team atmosphere where employees work together and effectively to meet store performance goals. Communicate regularly with Regional and Area Managers regarding the current operations and state of the store. Create and develope weekly staff schedule Review and audit store processes, transactions and paperwork to ensure it is in compliance with the companys policies and procedures. Supervise the operations and implement plans to maximize sales and profit. Supervises, delegates and performs all store and housekeeping duties. Responsible for the protection of the Company assets (Inventory, Cash, Store fixturing and all other company property). Recruit and interview candidates for open positions Train, motivate, develop and lead new and existing staff members. Effectively handles employee relations situations. Coaches and counsels employees with regard to their behavior and conduct and follows corrective action procedures. Responsible for all staff members time cards, payroll and time-off request. Requirements 5 years of store management experience Apparel experience required (Menswear experience preferred) Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead a team *This position offers full-company benefits, quarterly cash bonus potential Application process requires registration in Taleo and short Assessment Test. |
