Perform parking attendant/valet services in accordance with established policies and procedures by:Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, response customer services.Make sure to assist all patients/guests with car doors and offer a hand of assistance to those customers who appear to need it.Before parking vehicle quickly check for damages and document.Parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and professional manner.Providing appropriate assistance to visitors, patients, staff members, and others by providing directions and answering inquiries; anticipating needs or potential problems and implementing measures to avoid them.Offer mobility assistance such as wheelchairs, Boyer lift, People Mover, golf cart and other forms of attendant transportation when needed. Recording and maintaining appropriate records of all valet transactions.Retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner, opening all doors for customers, and thanking them for using valet services. Maintaining valet area in a neat and orderly manner. Notifying appropriate personnel in the case of spills, bodily fluids, and trash that need to be cleaned up. |
